Anthony visits a struggling hotel in Albany, New York, and discovers filthy rooms and very poor management. The owner wants to spend over a million dollars to rebuild from scratch, but Anthony tries to convince him to renovate instead. Anthony brings in a designer to help with room renovations while he helps rebuild the management staff and trains the owner on proper maintenance practices and management techniques. Will this be enough to bring the hotel up to acceptable standards?
